What is Worship All About(1)

Let us make man in our image after our likeness and let him have dominion over the works of our hands (Genesis 1:26; Genesis 4:1-7)
The above scriptures give us insight why man seeks to worship and of a truth the right person to worship is obviously God.
You cannot look up to somebody or something not higher than you; to worship is to look up to.
God in making a promise to Abram swore by Himself as He could not find any being greater than Himself.

Then Abram at the promise of God became Abraham (A father of many nations). By this promise, God was declaring what was yet to be as though it were already. This mystery is God - who calls those things that exist not as though were already in existence. (Romans 4-study)

The intent of God creating man was for fellowship. Fellowship was to lead to a lasting relationship. A lasting relationship through revealed mysteries in God was to lead to worship. (Genesis 3:8-9)
God had intended that through relations with Him, man was to learn who God was and through this knowledge learn to love God and respect Him in return. Simply put this love and respect as Worship.   (Psalm 25:14)

You cannot respect nor love someone you don’t have a relationship with.
Worship is a different kind of love; it differs from that we have towards ourselves or towards our families, spouses and friends.
Worship of God is not praise songs, it is not crying and release of emotions, it is not dancing, and it is not giving.
Worship can lead you to praise songs, crying and release of emotions, dancing and sacrificial giving.

The summary of the Ten Commandments & the Law and the Prophets was this: Love the Lord thy God with all thy might, strength and soul and love your fellow man as thyself. In necessity; you cannot worship God without loving your fellow man. Even Jesus did say that you cannot love God whom you cannot see when you have not displayed a demeanor of love and patience to the man whom you see available in your space and environment.(Mark 12:28-34)

Worship in very simple and clear terms is: respect, reverence, honour and thanksgiving to God.
A sign of respect of God is that you will not lie to Him nor to your fellow man; you will not kill; you will not bear false witness; you will not steal-in summary put the Ten Commandments here and you will notice this great mystery in simplicity called Worship.(Proverbs 2:5)

God deserves this kind of honour alone. Why?(Proverbs 9:10)
Is God selfish, power wielding or overly demanding?(Proverbs 14:27)

Join me next time as this truth is revealed that for man to find balance in life; God is his stability and the process to achieve this is Worship of God.
God bless you.

In Spirit and Truth

Starting a new week we are; we do thank God almighty for His grace and mercies on us all.
Let’s talk about worship.
Why should man worship God?

  • Is it because God has all the power and reasoned by a mandate that mankind should worship Him?
  • Why does man seek to worship something?
  • What is Worship all about?
  • Is God really who He says he His?
  • Are we being deceived?
  • Who is God anyway?  Man, being, deity or the cause of all things – the eternal creator?

The reality of Elohim in Man and the Purpose of the Creation of Man.
In the weeks to come we shall by same Spirit of Truth show the intent of God( I fondly call Him Father as it brings up more respect and obedience from my heart towards Him)giving simple and yet clear answers to these questions that often bog our minds.
I went through years of struggles allowed by God for me to have depth of His reality; this has established me and it is thereby He has permitted me to share the mysteries of His glory so that you too become unmovable, established and grounded in His word and truth.
My father’s gain is to see you, yes you, His perfect creation become like Him.
See you again.
God bless you.

You are Your Words

Hello again, welcome to a bright new day.
Today, we want to come to the understanding that our words, mold, make us or break us                            ( John 1:1-4; Proverbs 18:21; Deuteronomy 30:19)
What do I mean by mold, make us or break us.
It means the outcomes we have in life are all based on our words.(Proverbs 18:20)

Why?

  • The entire universe was created by God speaking.(Genesis 1)
  • Motion for change are voice actuated.
  • What you say is what you believe in.

  • What you say is your genuine confession of faith and belief.
  • What you say is your belief system.
  • What you say inevitably becomes part of your soul realm and ultimately your reality.
  • What you say is what God will do. He cannot go against your will and therefore, you reap what you say.(Deuteronomy 1: 22 – 36. Please note verse 34)
  • What you say is a spiritual force and it can give life or death - John 6:63
What am I to do if I had been speaking wrongly!
Simple.

  • Change your speech- Romans 10: 8-11
  • Agree with God that what He says about you and your situation is for good and final -Isaiah 43: 1-4; 3 John 3; Isaiah 1:18-19
It will take some- time for the reversal to be seen in the physical realm, but be rest assured that the moment you changed your word plan the Spirit of God went into action to make that change evident.                      (II Corinthians 4:18)

Don’t give up; continue in faith and prayer and in due time we shall reap of God.

God bless you.

Food for Thought

  • Do not bypass the witness of the Holy Spirit to take the decisions of men.

  • The wrong things of life always appear first as it appeals to the flesh; the Spirit only looks deeper.

  • Do not interpret God's presence and faithfulness by the events seen on the outside.

  • Your level of insight into God's word will determine your life experiences.

JUDGEMENT AND JUSTICE

JUDGEMENT AND JUSTICE

Welcome to a new day.

In our world today, people are looking for justice; but many will never get any.

God the Eternal creator built His kingdom on two pillars - Judgement and Justice.

Without a right judgement there can never be justice. We often hear people say that " judgement denied is justice denied"

God is just:  and what being just mean is that who ever is right or wrong, no matter who gets a fair treatment: for wrongs' you get a due correction; for rights' you can a deserved reward. No favorites with God.

And that is why God went all out to save man through the Blood of His son -Jesus. It was the ultimate payment for our sins and God was justified in punishing His son on the behalf of man to fulfill His mandate of a "Just God". John 3: 16
Often heard this saying -" whatsoever a man sows, that reaps - Galatians 6 : 6-10
As Christians lets take up this cross of living right by judging and executing justice. It is through this that many will come to the saving knowledge of Jesus.

Being just however does not mean been merciless; in fact one of the greatest attributes in the nature of God is His mercy Psalm 103:1-3
Justice cannot be complete without Mercy and Judgement can neither be as well without Justice.
Justice may mean most times - Mercy.

Jesus said in one of His greatest sermons - Blessed are the Merciful, for they shall in no wise obtain mercy (Emphasis mine) Matthew 5: 7

Have a blessed day.

AND GOD SAID LET THERE BE LIGHT

And God said, Let there be Light: and there was light.
And God saw the light, that it was good: and divided the
light from the darkness.
Genesis 1: 3-4(K.J.V)

Our father the eternal creator does not play with words;
take note of this: "the light" and "the darkness".

"The", speaks of  a certain character or attribute speaking as a state of "being".
Off course both lights' live!
Are you saying brother that darkness is a form of light?

Yes!!

Without darkness, light cannot find expression.
Without darkness, light cannot shine.
Without darkness, we can never see the stars and the constellations.(planets and galaxies)
When one light is brighter than the other we use the adjective - "brighter" to express relativity in brightness between two or more lights'.
Darkness is a less bright light: one light can be brighter than the other. In order words, one light can also be said to be darker than the other.

Where am I heading for?

Darkness is not the opposite of light, its just a form of light that does not illuminate but possess great and hidden characteristics not yet understood. We are limited of a fact by what is revealed to us by God.( Deuteronomy 29:29)
God once said in the book of Isaiah 45:3  " I give you the hidden riches of darkness". So darkness has hidden riches? Oh, I thought that only light that illuminates could give wealth. Here, God is likening darkness to secrecy,  unknown, not understood, not perceived, not recognized, not observed.

Satan is labeled as the price of darkness; why? His light does not illuminate, it covers and confuses. It breeds death and sorrow; thus many biblical writers often would say darkness is bad and has nothing to offer. In these cases, darkness is used to describe who Satan is and the activities of his kingdom; but in Gods sight and hands darkness is directly the opposite of that used to personify the dark one and his cohorts.

Why bother so much about darkness!!
Because there has been a great mis-conception; it has been abused and misjudged as a mis-creation of God; as if God made a mistake. Nay!! In verse 18 of Genesis Chapter 1; God said "it was good". Whatever God said was good is good and can never be otherwise.
When God decrees(declares), who can dis-annul !!

Night time is short but we find rest most rewarding at this time.
Night time is short, but it offers the best opportunity for prayer and self re-examination.
Night time is short, as it precedes the dawn of every new thing.
Night time is short, but it gives birth to its child-light - the morning that illuminates.
Night time is short, as it tells of our soon coming King.

Weeping we say endures for a night; but Joy comes in the Morning.

God in His in infinite wisdom separated the two lights' to guide and warn us.
Whenever dark-light turns to illuminating-light, be warned  a change has take place; and whenever illuminating-light turns dark-light, behold also; a change has taken place.
Every new dawn is birthed from the womb of darkness and it tells us: something new just happened.

Be wise, not every change from dark to light is good and not every change from light to dark is bad. Its God trumpet to herald  that something new has happened.
The economic and moral woes in this present age is dark; but darkness itself is a messenger of God. We know the Truth only because the Truth is illuminated by a Lie.

Watch and Pray.

See you again and God bless you.
