True Success

Success isn't a state you achieve but rather a way of life you live.

Jesus's ministry was successful in that He lived out the father's will for His life. When we live out God's will for our lives we are successful.

Successful in the knowledge that God who directs and keeps our paths will cause all grace and mercy abound to us in all affairs of life.(Prov 3:1-35.)

The will of God is always done;none can resist His will.
Jesus in the Lords prayer said "thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven" (Matthew 6:10)

Here Jesus was opening us to the heart of God. He said that God's intentions are that His will be done in the earth, in our lives, in our situations, over our children, over community, nations and country. It is God's will we Prosper and be in Health even as our Souls prospers in Him (3 John 3). The Prosperity of God is not same as that of the world system likewise are the value systems of God kingdom.(1 Corinthians 13-25  &  28-31) What men call prosperity is not so in God's kingdom. Please don't get me wrong as many may assume God hates physical prosperity in terms of houses, cars etc. rather what He cares most of is your soul and how you gain these things. This is uttermost in His heart and He will in no way delay to show you what His desires are for you.

True success in life is this: be and do the will of God( Matthew 6:25 - 34)

Thank you for your time. God bless you richly and I pray that in this season Jesus be found of you. Amen

Why Titihing is Good

There has been a lot of controversies on the issue of tithing.
In few words, I will dispel every wrong doctrine on this matter and God Himself will show is light.
I want us to know that the Old Testament confirms the New, and the New Testament confirms the Old.

Jesus Himself said he came to fulfill both the law and prophets which was the old being confirmed by His sacrifice on the cross in the New.
His transfiguration was observed by Jesus being ushered by Moses bad Elijah on either sides of Him. This is very figurative and carries a lot insights and rhema.(Mark 9:2)
The middle man is signifies that old and new are very relevant.

Now, in the book of Malachi 3:10, God clearly stayed His intentions of why we need to tithe.
  • It is for Gods work to be financed without intrusion from the world system
  • to help the truly needy in the church
  • and to bless the giver and the tither so that the world can see God fulfilling His covenant promised in Deuteronomy 18.8
These are just few of the covenants blessing of the tither.

Tithing is also an insurance on the blessings of God in your life. It closes up every satanic door and onslaught against the believer.(II Corinthians 9:6-11)

If God thought that tithing was obsolete we will not find it in His word. It would have simply be expunged.
In Hebrews 7:1-12, the Apostle Paul reintroduced this principle when he talked about the lineage of Melchizedek and how in Abraham the tribe of Levi paid tithes to God even before they were chosen as priests and prophets physically by God in Israel.

In closing, it is Gods will that we pay our tithes to Him for our good. Not that he needs it to work; but Gods earthly ministry needs it and God is not a beggar. It is our honour and respect to God to tithe; even if God never asked for our substance is it not wise and good to give to a person that has offered us so much?

Think on this and you will find it fulfilling tithing and giving your offerings in church. This can also be done in other ways but I am not excluding nor advising you to stop tithing in any way, but you can add more and more in the service of God. Things like: service in the children's church, help cleaning the building etc

I pray God open the eyes of our understanding in Him In Jesus Name.

Don't Give up(2)

Welcome back.

Not giving up means that we trust God that He will do as promised.(Numbers 23:19)
The fact that we have the favour of God gives us hope of not giving up on any matter. Gods favour has which has 2 children: His Mercies and Grace

These two are different and work in our lives at different occasions giving different results.
His grace:  for it was by grace we were saved through faith(Ephesians 2:8-10). Now note through faith.
A believer operates in grace when matured and has understanding. Again, a matured believer can sometimes be weak, confused, and fail God in some situations; at this time, His mercies come into play. Mercy is God's faith and love in action to an unbelieving believer and also to a non-believer.

Gods mercy works in us to produce grace in our lives so that a person is established in faith and Grace.
A good example of mercy is that of Jesus dying for a rebellious and unbelieving world and a classical example of grace is yet the thief on the right hand of Jesus who got saved by believing that Jesus was the son of God and that He was guiltless.(Luke 23:32-43)

Now, are you going to give up?

Nay!
We will not; having so much love from a father ever willing to right the wrongs in our lives.

You can always call upon God's Mercies and Grace even when you are strong in faith, God knows where we are weak  and He will never refuse the humble and contrite soul.

Will you not call on Him now!

For your study:
Isaiah 43: 1-5

Don't give up

Greetings.

I will talking in the next 2 series on not giving up.
This message is borne out of my own life experiences of not giving up on God despite that prevailing situation.

God encourages us in the book of Job 14: 7- 9 that though things go wrong in lives and hope seems to be lost; but through His presence and the Holy Spirit we shall yet spring back to life as if nothing ever happened to us.

We shall be going through scriptures where we will find encouraging words from God concerning every situation that life has and had presented to us.

Remember what God said in Isaiah Chapter 43 in the first 4 verses. Many unpleasant things may spring up in our lives; but he has promised never to leave us but rather He promised that we will go through those situations victorious for His name.

I look forward to meeting you online again.

The very peace of God abide, guide and guard you until His coming in Jesus Name. Amen

Who God is (2)

Welcome back.
Often, we mention the name God in our conversations and in prayer: but have we ever thought of that name: God?(Job 33:4)
With every due respect, I can say:

  • God is who is indefinable, limitless, without age, beginning or end. Revelation 1:8
  • He his all powerful, loving and plenteous in mercy. Psalm 103:8
  • He executes perfect judgement and justice with no respect to persons, race nor creed. Job 37:23; Psalms 89:14; Isaiah 9:7
  • He his the ever-living creator and there is no other God besides Him. Deuteronomy 4: 35&39
  • God is more than human understanding and expression.Isaiah 55:8-9
  • Above all, God dwells with the lowly and humble in heart; never with the proud and arrogant. Isaiah 57:15
  • God the awesome one does great and unsearchable things and He his far above all His works we call awesome.Job 5:9; Job 36:26

At this time, I would love to correct an error; many have discussed about God in wrong ways. One of them is to say that His ways are mysterious and cannot be known. This is not true. (Job 32:8)
A mystery can be said to exist over a situation, circumstance or person that cannot be understood and may never be understood in any way. But God can, that was why He gave us the Bible and all that we see around us, but we simply ignore this because we just don't want to look.
If  we say God is a mystery, we are deeply wrong as He has consistently expressed His person in creation. He has shown His manifold wisdom and power in what we see. What we see is an expression of the nature of God even evident in our very own selves.(Psalms 19:1-2)
To say that because we do not understand how God make or creates does not confer the title of mysterious on Him. Why? He said my ways are not your ways and as the heavens are higher than the earth so are my ways. He has shown us why we cannot understand some things because If He did try to explain to us; our frames and minds cannot and would not comprehend how and that is no longer a mystery ( Isaiah 55:8-9

So, God isn't a mysterious being who has laid standards and requirements that cannot be met. They cannot be met if He were mysterious; but He isn't.

As we search the scriptures, I pray our God of light and awesome wonder reveal Himself more to you and me in ways words can never express.
God bless you.

Who is God(1)

Welcome back.

For the next 2-weeks we shall be discovering who God is. I am highly excited as I believe I shall re-discover God in a way I never imagined in the weeks to come.
Agreed, many would say; I know who God is. He his a Spirit and all who must worship God must do so in Spirit and in truth. Is that all you about Him?
Do you know that God:

  • Cannot lie
  • Cannot change
  • Does not exist in time
  • God cannot take back what he gives to you
  • God is Love(we shall explore what love really is in the expression of God)
  • God always relates Judgement and Justice
  • Is all merciful
  • God cannot stand sin ( sin in far more insidious than we think, we shall learn here why God loves the sinner but hates his/her sin and why he had to eliminate the power of sin)
  • God is not the opposite of Satan
  • Created all things(seen and unseen)
These are just few attributes of His being to excite us about who our father is. Oops! Did I say father? Oh Yes father.
The greatest revelation of God I had was His fatherhood. I never really had a father figure; but God was there all along for me, for us all. This would bring comfort to many who thought that God hated them for having not provided a physical father figure around them.
The excitement is real and I am more than excited in my spirit.

God bless you.

Why we need to Enforce the Victory of Jesus over our Life and How to.

Why we need to Enforce the Victory of Jesus over our Life and How to.

Welcome back.
When Jesus died on the cross of Calvary and said it was finished! He meant the battle over sin for our lives was over but the damage caused by sin needed to be rectified.
It was finished meant; you now have the legal right to right the wrongs in your life and others according to the will of God.
It is finished; God was saying I have done the ultimate; now you to do the maintenance and taking over. Remember God telling Israel go over the arnon river and contend with Sihon King of Heshbon and begin to take over his land (Numbers 21: 34; Deuteronomy 2:24-31). There was a paradox here. God said, I have given you his land but you need to contend in battle to take over what I have given you. How can you say you have given me something and still require me to fight to take it over?
There was a clear reason for this and I explain based on experience.
In God telling Israel to contend in battle against the Amorites He was teaching and telling them:
  • How easy it was to route out any enemy as long as they believe Him and followed His instructions
  • Teaching them the tactics of warfare( ours is fought in the spirit realm  and the enemies are not different from the time of Israel, the only difference is the realm at which these battles are now fought)
  • Confidence in themselves and in God as they obeyed Him
  • Teaching the younger ones how to war and win
  • Establishing the power and intelligence of God over the nations Israel defeated and the surrounding people.
The book of Isaiah 54:17 proves all this. In this scripture, God was talking to us through the prophet that it was His duty that no weapon (plan, scheme, wars etc) planned against us would prosper as long as we declare with our lips and faith in our hearts that the enemy is defeated. Faith cannot be overemphasized; it is the foundation of our Christian walk. It says here; with thy mouth thou shall condemn in judgment all those who rise against you. As long as you resist, I will in essence says God, resist on your behalf. But you must do the talking and resisting by wielding my victory over your life, situation(s) or circumstance(s). Isaiah 8:9-10
Many Christians including the writer in time past had thought by being good, doing Gods will and helping others was a guarantee against satanic attacks; I was wrong. Our righteousness guarantees us the right to use Gods weapons of warfare and does not include the automatic response of these weapons activating themselves. We need in essence activate them ourselves through faith and by declaring by scripture based words as intended by God against a negative situation.
Ephesians Chapter 6 makes it clear that we need to put on the whole armour of God. Put on is an action word that you and I need to do. When we do this; we are call on angelic help and the Holy Spirit move on our behalf. We do this process with respect and honour to God and not command Him to do things as if He was a machine to obey our bidding. Never forget this; God is almighty and has emotions, otherwise we would not have emotions ourselves and since we were created in His image, we must in effect have respect for Him and order our steps as we do in the earthly realm towards our superiors or those we honour.  It is very important to note this that constant victory over evil forces can be achieved if and only if we stand according to scriptures. God will never do anything outside the written word. Many have gone after other desires and say God cannot heal nor save any more, it is a lie of the devil, and we need to be careful ourselves.
Why we need to enforce the victory of Jesus over our lives:
  • To enable the believer do Gods will and fulfill his God given purpose on earth
  • That the will of God be done on earth as it is done in heaven.
  • To prove that Jesus is Lord and thus bring many to saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
  • To release the knowledge and intelligence of God on the earth.
  • To prove that God loves humanity and is not depriving us of any good thing.
  • To prove the excellent power of God over Sin, Sickness, Habits, Situations and Death.
  • To herald the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
  • To show that Jesus is the beginning and end of all things.
How to enforce the victory of Jesus over our lives:
  • Consciously walking with God and asking Him to protect you and your loved ones. Proverbs 18:10
  • Declaring Gods promises over your life and loved ones. Proverbs 18:20-21
  • Breaking unfavourable repeated cycles seen in your life. Galatians 3:13; Colossians 1:13-14; Colossians 2:13-18
  • Declaring your new life in Jesus so that angelic forces and the Holy Spirit know you truly believe in heavens cause and will(Desire). Romans 8:1-4
  • Breaking satanic strongholds in your life and others. Isaiah 49:13-16  & 24 -26
  • Walking in the Spirit. Galatians 5:16-26
This is not exhaustive but if you and I do this little and continue in the obedience of the Holy Spirit, surely victory will continually remain ours.

I pray God breath on us and cause His face to continually shine on us and cause the earth to yield its increase towards us. Amen.

Praise - a sure way to Gods Heart

Praise- a sure way to Gods manifestation
Welcome back. I sure believe by God that all is well with you.
Today, we are discussing about praise, what praise is and how to offer genuine praise to God.
I shall quickly mention this opening statement(s): we want to build our foundation to effective praise and answers from God the way it should be, the way I have practically done it over the years as Christian and obtained real results.
Firstly, I want us never to forget this; God cannot be mocked, He knows those are His, and He will answer according to the depth of relationship you and I have with Him.(II Timothy 2:19)
Some of us don't get answers to our prayers because we make God a push button or a vending machine.
First thing first, If I am not familiar with you, I cannot in essence open up some areas of my life to you; likewise God Almighty.
The intent behind God forming us (note, man was made in the likeness of God and in His image Genesis 1:26) and giving us a free will was for fellowship or in simple terms; for relationship.
Let me break that down.
Relation- To relate is to discuss with, come to level with or come to connection.
Ship- Carrier, vessel
Lets put it together now: discussion on the same area, level, or having an understanding with each other.
Praise can never be effective with out a relationship with God. Praise, is a form of prayer and prayer is communion with God.
Prayer likewise praise is not, muttering of words, styles of movements nor of a musical orchestration. Praise is a form of prayer comes from the realm of man spirit. Only God has access to this area. No matter how depraved a man may be, once he goes into the mode of praise to God he will see God move. Now, a man can never praise God if he has not seen the reason to; when a depraved man sees his depravity and accepts that God and Jesus Christ our Lord and savior his is only way out of darkness and decides to go into the mode of praise to God, be sure heaven will respond; and heavens response will  be that of deliverance and restoration.
I will explain why.

Psalm 8:2; Matthew 21:16

Hard as it maybe to thank God in unpalatable conditions, the two scriptures above speak volumes of the essence and effect  of thanksgiving from a true heart towards God in bad or good times.
Praise is thanking God for who He his despite a prevailing good or bad circumstance. Praise tells God and yourself that despite this God is God and God will do as He says He will do. It is a form of prayer that you unleashes your faith and hooks you up with Gods faith.
Your emotions may be going haywire at such times, voices ringing in your ears-why me; voices of foul spirits laughing and mocking, telling you after all your sacrifices to this God, time, money, resources spent is this what you deserve from Him?
Praise is a sure weapon of warfare; it never fails when done with a grateful heart. It reverses the irreversible and dethrones powers and principalities.(Psalm 149:6; Psalm 144;9)
How do we offer genuine praise to God.
I will explain this in a very clear and simple manner. To offer praise to God in a manner that is acceptable to Him and that will cause Him to move on your behalf; you and I must necessarily be void of offence towards our fellow man(Psalm 11:7;1 Peter 4:11) . Satan uses offense to make our praise to God ineffective.
Praise is an act of faith just as prayer is
Praise is a form of prayer
Praise are words spoken, sang or rhythmize effectively telling yourself who God is
Effective Praise - How to
It is only when you believe in your heart who God Is( Hebrews 11 :6): only then will your words become alive by Gods Spirit and become effective either as a weapon, or supplication to God for a change or request in your environment. John 6:63; Exodus 15:11; Psalm 22:3
I close with this scripture in the book of Psalms; it is the very summary of this message. As you read it, I pray God cause His face to shine on you. Amen.

Psalm 67
God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause His face to shine on us; Selah.
That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.
Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.
Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God even our own God, shall bless us.
God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear Him.

You Are god's - Unfolding the Truth

I am sure glad to have you back online; I pray God grant us all continual access to His very presence as we both walk in Him and with Him. Amen.

Why would God call us god's! What was on His mind when he referred to mankind as god's.

  • Was He saying we are god's to be  worshiped?
  • Did He mean self independence and power?
  • Or more deeply, did He mean that man was to govern himself completely outside the influence and guidance of God?
Come with me as we go through scriptures for the answer to this age long battle you and I have had as to where our place is in God.

Our definition of who a god is from the Holy Scriptures; these definitions all depend on the context and setting in which the writer was or was writing about.
There are 215 chapters from the Old to the New Testament that spoke on this subject. The Bible is the only  authority we should refer to. Heaven and Hell knows that the final Word and Truth is found only in Gods word.

False teachings abound so much more now about man, his place in God and whether he his a god or a creature of God.
Man is being decieved that he can exist; more so now as a popular stance, that we can exist totally independent of God. These are the teachings and agenda of demons, seducing spirits and their teachers in these last days.
We were warned in the book of 1 Timothy 4:1-3

1.Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth."

I am not alarmed by these occurrences but rather joyed as the Scripture is being fulfilled in our very own eyes
I must warn you the reader; that we should note and take to heart  that false teachings and doctrines will abound more and more, propagated daily over the internet, TV, radio and all forms of channels of communication. The reason: we are at the end-times. It will not abate, neither will there be a change. God's agenda and end- time prophecies MUST occur.

Satan's one and only agenda: take your eyes and thoughts off God and rely on yourself.
This has been his only agenda albeit in various forms since his entrance at the garden of Eden. Rebellion is the seed; and that is what the whole agenda is all about; and that is what are we seeing today.

It is your duty to search scriptures, even the Holy Bible is being falsified gradually and watered down by the many contemporary versions. There is no better time to learn how to hear from God than "these times".

Now, who is a god?

Lets start from the book of  2 Timothy 3:1- 9 -"1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

Are you familiar with these? Sure you heart is pounding as all these are happening in you very own eyes: The Gay movement, Women Liberation, Humanism, Earth Worship, Scientology,  Astral  Meditation and Yoga, Higher Self, Spirit Guide,  Monastic  Guru's, New age religions(Freemasonry, Grail message,  Buddhism,  Rosicrucianism, Eckankar). Daniel 3:14
They are  too many to mention or list  and all these false religions or cults having a form of godliness and light but deny the power of God.They all agree with one theme " I am a god" . This the greatest misquote of John 10:34 "Jesus answered them,Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?" :and the deepest form of deception and delusion ordered by the very infernal one.

Jesus is greatly and insidiously being misquoted by every false religion out there. They take there basis from this scripture quoted by Jesus. Jesus Himself was quoting from the Old Testament and I write" Psalm 82:6 -"I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are the children of the most high."
Being a god in the context of this scripture was answered in the second part of the sentence:"and all of you are the children of the most high"

From within the context of scriptures and as allowed by God in them; you will find that a god maybe referred to as:
  • A god is another word for " a Son, a Child, a Likeness; and not a Form Of or a Type Of " simple and straight forward. This was and  is the original intent of God Almighty calling us gods; we are in His likeness ( "Male and Female created He them" Genesis 1:26-27)
  • Angelic beings(Also called Sons of God Job 38:1-7)
  •  Fallen angels or more commonly called demons who fell with Lucifer. Genesis 6:2 ; Revelations 12:7- 9
  • The adamic race who now know what good and evil is. Genesis 3:1-5
  • Fallen angels who pretend to be God Almighty. Deuteronomy 32:17; Psalm  96:5; Jeremiah 1:16
  • Mankind that  recognize and honour God as the Creator and who alone is to be worshiped.1 Kings 18:24; Daniel 2:47
You will find out from these scripture snippets, the Bible never spoke about human independence nor self existence outside God. Angels in the book of Job (Job 38:1-7) were also referred to as sons of God. Fallen angels or Demons on the other hand, only pretend to be gods  just as thier master masquerades as an angel of light; he was formerly one. Deception and rebellion is the only aim by these Lucifarian thought forms and agenda..

From all scripture I have studied, I have not, at no time, seen any writer referring to man as a "god" to be  worshiped or as a being that has the right to do as he wills. This are doctrines of devils.

Jesus was speaking to the learned ones in His time, the  Pharisees and Sadducee:  who knew scripture's so well but  practiced  them not . Such as we have today. He referred to them as gods in the very context as God had declared over us in Genesis chapter 1 - take dominion, operate, rule, put in order, establish on my behalf.
When you operate a business on the behalf of someone, you cannot in essence take ownership of that enterprise nor work independently of the owner of the business. Such was our relationship with God at the Garden as gods unto God towards the work of His hands but Satan disrupted that structure at the garden when Adam and Eve rebelled and fell into sin.       Genesis 3:1-5
"You are gods" syndrome is now misunderstood or rather, I put it in this way, purposely being touted otherwise by false teachers and religions. When given proper  time of observation if you care with me; is nothing but  rebellion against Gods will, commandments and limits for us.

Being a god is a goodly thing within the context of the will of God. And in the simplicity of the Gospel: it is the  modern day believer of Jesus; who says that Jesus is the: Christ, only way to get to the Father and only saviour of mankind. Psalms 136:2
Simply put it this way, a god is one that is Born of God: John 1: 1- 13

[1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
[2] The same was in the beginning with God.
[3] All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
[4] In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
[5] And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
[6] There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
[7] The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.
[8] He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
[9] That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
[10] He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
[11] He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
[12] But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God(Psalm 82:6; Psalm 138:1; Daniel 4:8-9,18, Daniel 5:11, John 10:35-36), even to them that believe on his name:
[13] Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

God bless you. Amen.

Psalm 23 Revealed and Explained

Welcome back. In the last 2 topics we discussed  the weapons of our warfare and what they are. Today, we shall see into the of psalmist heart as he reveals the beauty of God as our shepherd.

Remain blessed.

1.The Lord is He that gives me direction in life: that is the reason you see me succeed in the tasks He gives me and also in life's affairs.

2.God by His mercies opens up doors of opportunities that are continually fresh to me every-time; this is the foundation of my prosperity and the storms of life that should buffet me, He shows me how to avoid them all.

3.God knows that because I am human and capable of being weak and sick , He made provision for my healing and freshness; He sustains this by showing me what righteousness and right living through Him can do in a mans life so that his name is Glorified in my affairs.

4.It is clear that sometimes I will go astray; but when I do, even in very disobedient and dangerous circumstances I have His assurance that He will not let the evil one overcome me; rather, He promises me of His faithfulness by His rod to gently correct my wrong ways and His staff to light up my dark paths bringing me back to right ways in Him.

5.The Lord Himself is He that prospered me despite the presence of them that hate me and oppose my  prosperity: you so much shower me with your freshness and presence that continually cause good things to always happen in my affairs until  people around began to notice that  it touched lives of those around me; even lives of those that don't deserve it.

6.By reason of your presence and favour; goodness and mercy abound towards me all day long : also never ceasing as I enter every new year such that I have your mercies already stored up for the rest of my life. And because of this; I will praise you my God all the days of my Life on the earth and when I  finally  see you face to face,  I will bow down and worship  you as I should.

The Weapons of our Warfare(2)-What our Weapons Are

Happy Sunday and welcome back.

During the week we looked into the scriptures and said that the weapons with which we fight with are not of earthly origin; but rather they find their power and effectiveness through God.

Today we shall look at what this weapons are and how to effectively use them.

Before I begin, I must mention at this time that the concept of faith cannot be over-emphasized. Hebrews 11.6(KJV) says that without faith it is impossible to please God. Also, without faith in God it is impossible to fight, win and maintain victory over the forces of darkness as Christian.

What are our Weapons:

Faith comes up first in every search criteria. Without faith you cannot be a  Christian in the first place. You must first believe in God that He His and the rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11.1(KJV.)
Faith is to believe God in the eye of a storm or opposing physical or invisible threat that what He says(Rhema) or said about you in the Bible will hold.
Faith is described as a shield in Ephesians 6,(Please study this chapter as it holds other information about the weapons of our warfare)it is the sole weapon to defend and offend the enemy and as well protect all other weapons and all other weapons   fittingly come together though faith.

What you hear: (Romans 10:8) What you listen to and how it is related to you will to a large extent determine how strong or weak  your stand will be in God.

What you say: (Romans 10:9-11) What you  listen  to inevitably become your conversation(your way of life)and your way of life strongly affects your decision making process(s) and will to stand in God. Proverbs 18: 20-21 says death and life is in the power of the tongue and our bellies(desires) shall be satisfied with the fruits of our lips. Likewise absorbing(study and belief), confessing and acting on Gods word will determine how far you go in life as Christian.

Knowing what God said about the situation in His word(Bible)This may be coming last but in fact is the most important point to note and work on. Paul urged Timothy(2 Timothy 2:15) to study and show himself approved a workman that needs not to be ashamed rightly discerning Gods word of truth.
When we know what God has said about a situation or an even either past or present we can rightly and  effectively  take charge.
All we have been discussing converges as our Faith; yes, faith in God.
The practice of using Gods method(s) of warfare demands that we know Him and His intentions towards us. This is what makes our weapons effective and effectual. Prayer is the line of communication with God; it opens us up to the ministry of the Holy Spirit and angels. How so much a believer has missed Gods will by not heeding to His voice.

As I close, I can speak volumes of battle styles and weapons at our disposal but this will not do us much good. My aim and Gods aim is to bring to mind that the Christian way of waging wars or  defense  are not carnal ways.
You need to study and follow the leading the of the Holy Spirit  thereby  you shall grow and be very effective in Him.

God bless you.

The Weapons of our Warfare(1)

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not fight against fleshly and human factors know this for sure; that the weapons with which we fight with, are not from human and earthly origin; but find their source and power through Gods own very resource that is why we are able to let go off strong habits and thoughts that could lead us out of the will and presence of God again and again. Not only are we able to do this through God, but He also helps us bring conflicting and confusing issues of traditional and new belief systems to fall inline to the original intentions God had for them as proclaimed in the life of Christ. This will be easily done in our lives when we have a heart ready to obey God where we have disobeyed Him. (II Corinthians 5:3-6 KJV) << Words are mine as permitted of God>>

Glad to have you back. In the next days we are going to be talking about war, weapons of warfare,  why we fight and how this fight came about.

Let start first by letting us know that war and warfare started in  heaven long ago before man was created on the earth. It will cease at the battle of Armageddon. When, I do not know but for sure it will happen and there will be no more reason for wars in Gods universe( Further reading: Revelations 12:7-13)
From this verses you will notice that the Bible talked about a Dragon; yes, this is the self same Lucifer who rebelled against God. The setting was many years before man was created on the earth.
Now that we know how wars came about, let us now focus on what the weapons of our warfare are.Remember, the scripture did say in II Corinthians 10:4 that they are mighty through God. How can this be and how can I get God to be strong on my behalf.

Our  weapons  are not of human source like guns, tanks or fighter planes but they are made of other materials not of this realm.  II Corinthians 10:4 introduces us properly to the concept of position and realms. There are 2 realms. The spiritual and physical. Both are distinctively different, separate and would I say, totally mutually exclusive but yet affect each other to a very large degree. How can this paradox be?

  • The physical world we see came from the spiritual.
what is the implication of this.
  • Spiritual issues precedes that of the physical. What this means is that whatever happens in the physical realm had already been concluded in the spirit realm. Find this hard to  believe as a Christian. Here is a simple example:Genesis 1: 2-3. "...And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light."
  • The words you speak create the very world you live in.The entire material universe was made from Gods spoken word. They are also weapons we use defy the enemy and stop the avenger. Proverbs 18:20-21;Psalm 8:2
Tomorrow,by Gods grace we shall look into what our weapons are in God and how to effectively use them.

God bless you.

No Fear in God.

God does not communicate through fears; He reveals His intentions or secret plans for you or against you peacefully but resolutely. II Corin 2: 7 - 26

Faith (Part 2)

Welcome back. We have been talking about faith during the week; what faith is and isn't.
Today, I will narrow our study to what faith is and how we can practically put it to use.

First, faith is what we do when we trust God. It is an action that precedes another form of action which can be a speech, words or declaration.

Faith is the basis for change. Faith is the potential energy that is unleashed when you act. It stores up your miracle or change needed and then unleashes it into the realm of the physical or spiritual.

When you are in faith, you cannot be wrong. You cannot disagree with God and be in faith. Hebrews 11:6

THE WORKINGS OF FAITH

God chose the faith walk in His infinite wisdom as the only way to walk with Him. He knew situations would  arise contrary to what He said to you but He wants your confidence that irrespective of what you see or feel His words or opinions are sure and will come to pass.

Without faith the Christian walk will not be real.
Have you ever thought about that? What makes you a Christian?
Faith in essence is Gods door of entrance  for man to partake in His infinite wisdom, ways and power.
You cannot say you are in faith and disagree with God.

Being in faith simply implies agreement with God on the process, method or way by which He has chosen to effect that desired change you expect on His terms.

Faith cannot do otherwise, it cannot go against the will and process God has set in motion for that expectation. Timing and manifestation are all under His will and not yours.

Many in time past thought that faith was a tool to get God do things on their terms and at desired times. Often times, we even try to think we could manipulate God by playing hard on the use of faith, and when we don't achieve the desired; we either say we didn't have enough faith or God simply does not want to show up on our behalf.

Not so my friend; faith in closing simply is: God I agree with you that you will do what is best for me concerning my situation the manner and time you know best. Ecclesiastes 3:1 ; 2 Peter 3:9(NKJV)

God bless you.

What Faith is and isn't(Part 1)

Greetings.

Have you heard many say" the Christian walk is a walk of faith?"
Indeed, they are not wrong; we need to know what faith is and what faith is not.

Hebrews Chapter 11:6 introduces us in real terms to the concept of faith. It says, without faith it is impossible to please God; and that the believer must acknowledge that God IS and He His the rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.
Hebrews Chapter 11:1 says "it is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen".

Now, you cannot be in faith and at the same time believe against God. Why?

The basis of the Christian belief system is strengthened by the Foundation being God and His principles. What faith actually does is to put the believer in the same process and system of how God gets things done.
In essence, you cannot believe wrongly when you want Gods will done for your life and you are submissive to Him. Your submission to God is not to make you subservient or without a will nor emotion. What faith actually does in the life of the believer is to help in placing the believer in the right atmosphere and position to work with God.
Faith is the entire process where your being agrees with God to allow His will to be done.
Before I forget, God made us free willing and thinking creatures. In essence it means we have a choice to either agree with Him or disagree without the influence of His might. What faith does is to link up the believer with the power and ability of God. This can only be done if  the believer not in essence let go of His personality to think and make a choice but rather through the power of choice and individuality decide to agree with God that He His willing to assist and to help in times of need irrespective of the situation that is seen within or without based on the truth that God has promised; it is true and it will be done.

Faith is a battle walk in itself. There will always be a thousand reason to do otherwise and ten thousand why you should not trust God.

Are you sick; the symptoms may be visible. Are you poor, your account may still read nil. Are you lonely, no one has dared call you in the last weeks?
These are the facts; the truth is that God cannot lie. Why should He lie! No one is greater, no one can challenge him; and above all He has nothing to lose if He gives you what you asked for or not. He remains God.

The core of faith.

Faith is not a position or state. It is what you do and continually do. It is a “verb”; a doing.
You cannot be in faith yesterday and not be today; you can only be in faith. Faith itself is present continuous just as God is. God is never in the past. He His now in the past, present and future. God IS. You see why faith is so important to God? With it you remind Him of Him. This is the essence of the entirety of the Christian system as designed by God. God IS.
Faith simply means; God I believe you and that you are telling me the truth and I will hold onto your promises despite what I see going right or wrong in my environment.
Remember " for by grace are we saved through faith, and not of ourselves, lest any man should boast"-Ephesians Chapter 2:8.

Let talk again soon.

God bless you.

The Cost of a New Day

Have you ever thought what it costs to make day?
Think about it.
What is a day made of? How is a day made?
What does it cost the Eternal one to sustain a day.
How does he fold an old day without interfering with the making of a new day seamlessly.
When we ponder over this you will come to the understanding of an awesome God, Father and Friend we have.
The book of  Job in the Bible and  Chapter 38 gives deep and clear answers to this.
Lets appreciate God; even when things don't go the way we want.
He cares and He His in charge.
Have a nice day.

The Existence of God - the Reason We Worship

Welcome to a new day, and may I say, we thank God for keeping us all.

The existence of God is the very reason man has sought to worship; either  through deities in times past or objects; but in the last days He had made Himself clear and revealed to us through His Son Jesus Christ(John 8:18-29 and John 10:30)

We all seek for knowledge and information of our own very existence.  We say, how can a complex and yet compelling creation seen in its intricate splendor and complexity not point to a more excellent being. This fight to suppress this truth has led to all sorts of religions and atheist groups springing up but all leading no more but to further deprivation of the soul and a situation of lost inner peace and endless restlessness in man.

This simple question alone bogs the mind of the wandering and one who seeks to find a basis and foundation for life and the cause of creation. This is an indication that we were made and that we came out of someone and that we are not just beings of chance nor of a cataclysmic event that happened billions of years ago.

Why do we fear, if there is nothing to be afraid of greater than our abilities or superior to our limitations.
Why do we seek for purpose; if there is nothing to live for in life such that we need not then pursue goals, set them and achieve success.
Why do we seek for help through higher beings and perfect masters if there were not mysteries yet to be learnt and understood.
Why do we struggle with the very existence of God seeking most times to quash it knowing very well that our whole being seek for the unseen one.

Nature itself speaks of God.
Our being speaks of God.
Why then do we cry when we loose a loved one if there is indeed no life after death.
We are afraid that the truth stands very before us.
I close with those Scripture from the Holy Bible : Psalm 19 - How clearly the sky reveals God's glory! How plainly it shows what he has done! (Today's English Version)

Thank you.
Lets talk again.
God bless you.

What is Worship All About(1)

Let us make man in our image after our likeness and let him have dominion over the works of our hands (Genesis 1:26; Genesis 4:1-7)
The above scriptures give us insight why man seeks to worship and of a truth the right person to worship is obviously God.
You cannot look up to somebody or something not higher than you; to worship is to look up to.
God in making a promise to Abram swore by Himself as He could not find any being greater than Himself.

Then Abram at the promise of God became Abraham (A father of many nations). By this promise, God was declaring what was yet to be as though it were already. This mystery is God - who calls those things that exist not as though were already in existence. (Romans 4-study)

The intent of God creating man was for fellowship. Fellowship was to lead to a lasting relationship. A lasting relationship through revealed mysteries in God was to lead to worship. (Genesis 3:8-9)
God had intended that through relations with Him, man was to learn who God was and through this knowledge learn to love God and respect Him in return. Simply put this love and respect as Worship.   (Psalm 25:14)

You cannot respect nor love someone you don’t have a relationship with.
Worship is a different kind of love; it differs from that we have towards ourselves or towards our families, spouses and friends.
Worship of God is not praise songs, it is not crying and release of emotions, it is not dancing, and it is not giving.
Worship can lead you to praise songs, crying and release of emotions, dancing and sacrificial giving.

The summary of the Ten Commandments & the Law and the Prophets was this: Love the Lord thy God with all thy might, strength and soul and love your fellow man as thyself. In necessity; you cannot worship God without loving your fellow man. Even Jesus did say that you cannot love God whom you cannot see when you have not displayed a demeanor of love and patience to the man whom you see available in your space and environment.(Mark 12:28-34)

Worship in very simple and clear terms is: respect, reverence, honour and thanksgiving to God.
A sign of respect of God is that you will not lie to Him nor to your fellow man; you will not kill; you will not bear false witness; you will not steal-in summary put the Ten Commandments here and you will notice this great mystery in simplicity called Worship.(Proverbs 2:5)

God deserves this kind of honour alone. Why?(Proverbs 9:10)
Is God selfish, power wielding or overly demanding?(Proverbs 14:27)

Join me next time as this truth is revealed that for man to find balance in life; God is his stability and the process to achieve this is Worship of God.
God bless you.

In Spirit and Truth

Starting a new week we are; we do thank God almighty for His grace and mercies on us all.
Let’s talk about worship.
Why should man worship God?

  • Is it because God has all the power and reasoned by a mandate that mankind should worship Him?
  • Why does man seek to worship something?
  • What is Worship all about?
  • Is God really who He says he His?
  • Are we being deceived?
  • Who is God anyway?  Man, being, deity or the cause of all things – the eternal creator?

The reality of Elohim in Man and the Purpose of the Creation of Man.
In the weeks to come we shall by same Spirit of Truth show the intent of God( I fondly call Him Father as it brings up more respect and obedience from my heart towards Him)giving simple and yet clear answers to these questions that often bog our minds.
I went through years of struggles allowed by God for me to have depth of His reality; this has established me and it is thereby He has permitted me to share the mysteries of His glory so that you too become unmovable, established and grounded in His word and truth.
My father’s gain is to see you, yes you, His perfect creation become like Him.
See you again.
God bless you.

You are Your Words

Hello again, welcome to a bright new day.
Today, we want to come to the understanding that our words, mold, make us or break us                            ( John 1:1-4; Proverbs 18:21; Deuteronomy 30:19)
What do I mean by mold, make us or break us.
It means the outcomes we have in life are all based on our words.(Proverbs 18:20)

Why?

  • The entire universe was created by God speaking.(Genesis 1)
  • Motion for change are voice actuated.
  • What you say is what you believe in.

  • What you say is your genuine confession of faith and belief.
  • What you say is your belief system.
  • What you say inevitably becomes part of your soul realm and ultimately your reality.
  • What you say is what God will do. He cannot go against your will and therefore, you reap what you say.(Deuteronomy 1: 22 – 36. Please note verse 34)
  • What you say is a spiritual force and it can give life or death - John 6:63
What am I to do if I had been speaking wrongly!
Simple.

  • Change your speech- Romans 10: 8-11
  • Agree with God that what He says about you and your situation is for good and final -Isaiah 43: 1-4; 3 John 3; Isaiah 1:18-19
It will take some- time for the reversal to be seen in the physical realm, but be rest assured that the moment you changed your word plan the Spirit of God went into action to make that change evident.                      (II Corinthians 4:18)

Don’t give up; continue in faith and prayer and in due time we shall reap of God.

God bless you.
